Just email us at info@gsjj.ca with two key details: your design (or even just a concept) and your desired order quantity. We’ll then send you a free quote to get things started.

We prefer artwork in Illustrator or .eps vector formats—just make sure all fonts are converted to outline/curves to avoid formatting issues. 
We also accept non-vector files like .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd, and .bmp. Please scale your artwork to 4 times the final pin size to ensure clarity. For colour accuracy, we highly recommend using the PMS Matching System (Pantone Matching System) to specify your desired hues. 
When it comes to our Digital Pins, your artwork needs at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution.

Once your order moves into production, we can’t accommodate changes to the original details (like design, size, or quantity). If changes are still required after production has started, it will be considered a new order.
Additionally, if you need to cancel after production begins, fees will apply. These fees are calculated based on the costs we’ve already spent (such as materials, labour, or setup) up to the time of your request.

We have a variety of convenient payment options to suit your needs, including major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For those who prefer non-card ways to pay, we also take checks or money orders.
